A paramedic was also killed by a drone strike in Arab Salim while inspecting a prior strike site. One person died in Bazouriyeh due to an air raid.
The Israeli army has issued 16 evacuation orders. Local sources report that strikes occurred both before and after these orders. Rescue teams recovered three bodies from a house targeted in Srifa.
Hezbollah has responded with attacks on Israeli military positions, using drones and rocket barrages.
The ongoing conflict has resulted in 3,151 deaths and 9,571 injuries in Lebanon since it began in early March, according to the Health Ministry.
Civilians are facing difficult choices about staying in their homes or leaving the area due to the violence.
