Breaking News: Debert Bunker to Become Luxury Condos

Debert, Nova Scotia—A former military bunker in Debert is set to be transformed into luxury condos. Canadian entrepreneur Jonathan Baha’i plans to convert the 64,000 square-foot facility into a high-end living space for wealthy individuals seeking safety from global crises.

The project will consist of 50 units and will be managed by Baha’i’s Fallout Complex Inc. Amenities will include gourmet dining, biometric access, 24-hour surveillance, and medical services. The nearby Debert Airport will accommodate tenants with private planes.

Baha’i purchased the bunker, known as The Diefenbunker, in 2013 for C$31,300. Initially, he intended to operate laser tag and historical tours. However, increasing global uncertainty has prompted a shift towards developing “doomsday bunkers.”

The renovation will also feature a spa, yoga room, and a cigar lounge. Security will be provided by the German firm Bespoke Home and Yacht Security, known for working with high-profile clients.

So far, 11 units have already been sold. The prices for purchasing or renting the condos remain undisclosed. When owners are not in residence, the units will be available for hotel rentals.
