We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to enhance our customer service levels by ensuring seamless operations and coordinating with internal Supply Chain and Sales teams to implement necessary adjustments. Key Responsibilities:
- Influence internal teams to ensure that the Order Flow (XPAFE) aligns with customer policies.
- Manage the complete order portfolio effectively.
- Analyze key performance indicators and interpret data to diagnose root causes and propose action plans for loss reduction.
- Address issues via SAP CRM at the customer interface.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders through phone and email.
- Collaborate with various departments, including GS Channel, Sales, Planning, GT, and Distribution Centers.
- Make quick decisions by critically analyzing the pros and cons of each situation.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Update customer logistics scripts.
- Conduct out-of-stock analyses and distribute customer scorecards.
- Participate in regular meetings with clients and sales teams to address root cause losses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and concatenation.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or other data tools is a plus.
