Position Purpose

Contract Duration: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, demand planners, and buyers to align forecasts and promotional plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Fill Rate, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), Days of Inventory on Hand (DOH), inventory levels, and service metrics.
- Manage dashboards, data cubes, and Power BI panels.
- Automate reporting processes, drive continuous improvement in the supply chain, and reduce waste.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with internal teams and clients, coordinating with Customer Service and Supply Chain departments.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SAP software.
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate/Advanced).
- Experience in inventory monitoring and availability management.
- Ability to interpret key KPIs, including Fill Rate.
- Strong analytical skills and data management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of logistical processes (planning, replenishment, inventory management) and commercial operations.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Power BI, Excel, dashboard creation).
- A collaborative mindset and results-oriented approach.
