Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Role Purpose
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance for all production lines and factory facilities. This role involves tracking compliance with maintenance plans, updating performance indicators, and managing departmental implementation. The specialist will oversee costs associated with scheduled maintenance and control the inventory of spare parts used by maintenance technicians. Additionally, they will generate requests for spare parts or repairs to ensure the execution of maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to maintenance performance indicators and develop effective action plans to meet departmental objectives.
  • Manage the maintenance calendar and master database in SAP to ensure timely updates.
  • Facilitate the smooth execution of planned maintenance, from machine requests to completion.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for both planned and corrective maintenance while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Maintain a maintenance effectiveness rate above 95% without compromising costs or availability.
  • Achieve 95% execution of planned maintenance according to the approved schedule.
  • Utilize plant downtime for scheduled maintenance by maintaining close communication with planning and production teams.
  • Monitor the closure of actions related to safety, quality, and environmental programs in systems such as CAPAS, Buildapp, and SAP.
  • Maintain the maintenance database required for internal and external audits.
  • Update the matrix of critical plant equipment.
  • Assist in the creation of maintenance plans and roadmaps for the plant and facilities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar maintenance roles.
