Job Purpose
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team, supporting the North America UI business. This role is essential for driving financial performance and facilitating responsible growth across various categories. You will be responsible for managing the United States Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, including oversight of multiple import and export channels. Collaboration with stakeholders both regionally and globally will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Planning: Lead the submission of forecasts and support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure accurate and timely financial projections.

Financial Analysis: Provide insightful analysis on margins, variances, and fluctuations to inform strategic decision-making.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including North America operations, sales/marketing, and Singapore UI Finance, to enhance overall business performance.

Performance Management: Monitor topline growth and ensure alignment with responsible growth objectives.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present financial reports that influence decision-making at senior management levels.

Channel Management: Oversee financial performance across various import and export channels in the U.S. market.
Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in financial analysis, planning, or related roles; experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar industries is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L management.

Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work with diverse stakeholders across different geographies and functions.

Analytical Mindset: Capable of interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.

Communication: Clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
