Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, control, and support sales to distributors.
- Monitor compliance with distributor plans, including coverage, distribution, and execution of Sell Out activities.
- Manage sales and distribution variables.
- Control and oversee execution dashboards.
- Make data-driven decisions and implement action plans.
- Lead and manage activation teams.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with points of sale across various channels.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in mass product sales.
- Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to identify areas for improvement.
