Position: Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:
During your internship, you will:
- Contribute to the Digital Transformation of HR: Focus on simplifying, streamlining, and digitalizing tools to enhance the employee experience.
- Propose and Implement Innovative Well-being Initiatives: Always aim for efficiency and impact while connecting with the actual needs of our teams.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Bring fresh ideas to strengthen our culture, engagement, and development through key processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Availability for a 6-month internship.
- Willingness to work 6 hours daily from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
