Position Overview:
The Associate HR Manager for Wellbeing will support the WBC HR Business Partners (HRBPs) by leading and assisting in initiatives that align with our people priorities. This role serves as a trusted partner, enabling HRBPs to concentrate on long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent and People Processes:
- Execute WBC talent programs in collaboration with HRBPs, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Manage the Talent Review and Annual Pay Review processes alongside HRBPs.
- Deliver the WBC Learning Calendar to enhance employee development.
- Share and implement best practices within the Wellbeing Talent Acquisition and HRBP community through Practitioner Forums and Quarterly LinkedIn reviews.
- Contribute to leadership and executive development initiatives.
- Utilize talent data to proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
Reward:
- Oversee the creation of offers for internal promotions and movements.
- Prepare materials for Internal WBC & B&W Compensation Committee meetings, including data analysis and agenda setting.
- Lead annual Wellbeing benchmarking, offering insights and recommendations.
Change and Organizational Support:
- Contribute to organizational design and operating model evolution.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to implement change initiatives, including planning, communication, and execution.
Culture and Engagement:
- Partner with International HRBP on global engagement and culture initiatives.
- Take responsibility for HR4HR across the Wellbeing Operating Company P&C teams, focusing on engagement and upskilling activities.
- Develop and embed best practices for AI utilization.
Collaboration and Relationships:
- Coach managers on performance management, development, feedback, and change leadership.
- Foster strong relationships within the Wellbeing Collective and HR teams.
- Work proactively with HRBPs to provide solutions-focused support.
- Communicate trends, risks, and insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience; experience in rewards and compensation is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for preparing content, presentations, and employee communications.
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes from start to finish.
- Proven track record in building relationships, influencing outcomes, and collaborating effectively across various levels.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: The salary range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000, based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Bonus: This position is eligible for bonuses.
- Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This role is eligible for long-term incentives.
