Job Purpose

If you are passionate about coordinating, controlling, monitoring, and supervising production processes, raw materials, and finishing lines while ensuring compliance with corporate standards in BPM, TPM, SHE, and Quality, then this role is for you. You will be responsible for meeting production schedules, maintaining quality indicators, and minimizing inventory variations.
Key Responsibilities

Process Coordination: Oversee and control plant operations to ensure the continuity of finishing lines, adhering to process and quality specifications. This includes operational planning and collaboration with quality, process, maintenance, and SHE teams.

Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly reviews of production and cost indicators to ensure monthly targets are met, developing action plans as necessary.

Information Management: Lead the management of manufacturing information systems (such as Pamcos and SAP) to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing process data, providing daily oversight and training for plant users.

Team Management: Manage personnel-related matters, including payroll, absenteeism, leave requests, and other HR-related issues.

Budget Control: Develop and manage manufacturing and factory expense budgets, implementing programs to minimize production costs.

Talent Development: Support and empower your team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in regional category committees, collaborating with SHE, QA, Production, Manex, Marketing, and Planning teams.

Prioritization: Assess and prioritize the short, medium, and long-term needs of the plant while maintaining a holistic view of the Make chain.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in coordinating or leading teams in industrial processes, preparation processes, and packaging machinery.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge in personnel management, project development, process improvement, and information systems management.
