Position Overview:
Unilever is seeking a dedicated Operational Supervisor IC to join our team in Ceylán, CDMX. This full-time role reports directly to the Operations Coordinator and is essential for ensuring the efficiency of our delivery operations.

Position Purpose:
As an Operational Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our delivery team with administrative, technical, and vehicle maintenance tasks. Your efforts will directly enhance delivery effectiveness and contribute positively to our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to delivery personnel and coordinate with various departments (Administration, Vehicles, Cold Chain, SHE).
- Manage the daily routing of approximately 40 delivery routes.
- Assist with printing, simple routing, settlements, and vehicle repairs as needed.
- Ensure effective communication with other departments and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the routing team to plan dynamic routes for the following day.
- Document any accidents that occur during delivery operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Technical diploma or professional degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in delivery-related roles.
- Proficiency in digital tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Demonstrated proactivity, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
