Job Opportunity: Sales Execution Specialist
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Sales Execution Specialist to enhance our sales performance through effective execution in-store. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing promotions, managing planograms, providing guidance, and collecting valuable information to ensure optimal execution at the point of sale (POS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Stocking: Ensure merchandise is adequately stocked at the POS.
- Product Validity: Monitor and guarantee the validity of products available for sale.
- Category Organization: Maintain organized product categories within the store.
- Competitor Research: Conduct competitive analysis to inform our strategies.
- Pricing and Cleanliness: Manage product pricing and ensure cleanliness on the shelves.
- Highlight Innovations: Showcase new products and innovations effectively.
- Consumer Interaction: Engage with customers through merchandising activities.
- Execution Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on execution performance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Basic proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
