Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong, trusted relationships.
  • Lead comprehensive programme delivery, managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
  • Drive governance processes, including steering boards and executive reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects, workstreams, and interdependencies effectively.
  • Oversee financial performance, including forecasting and contractual obligations.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across customer, partner, and internal teams.
  • Ensure robust management of risks, issues, and delivery assurance.
  • Support programme growth through change requests, proposals, and bid activities.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong background in customer-facing, stakeholder-driven environments.
  • Experience in delivering complex, multi-party programmes.
  • Expertise in governance, financial management, and risk control.
  • Confident in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or technical environments.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Exposure to bids, proposals, or commercial activities.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Excellent customer engagement and influencing skills.

Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week on-site, with regular travel to customer locations as needed. Training will be provided for Leidos proprietary tools and processes as required.
