Position: Associate Director, Revenue Growth Management

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Associate Director of Revenue Growth Management to spearhead revenue growth for our Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the United States. This pivotal role will focus on five key levers of revenue growth: pricing, price/pack/portfolio transformation, mix management, promotional spending, and trade terms optimization. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Customer Supply Chain teams to drive competitive growth and identify new opportunities, while also monitoring and analyzing these levers to support our Business Unit Strategy Growth Framework and Commercial Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Accelerate revenue growth by embedding Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles throughout the Beauty & Wellbeing Business Unit (BU).
  • Portfolio Optimization: Conduct comprehensive assessments to set brand objectives, identify pricing gaps, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and validate pricing models to recommend optimal price points, while monitoring competitive pricing activities.
  • Promotional Effectiveness: Evaluate consumer promotion strategies and recommend optimal promotional plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Trade Terms Improvement: Assess customer trade terms and propose enhancements to align with portfolio strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a vital link between Marketing, Customer, and Finance teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel.
  • Deep understanding of P&L management, retail mathematics, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structured solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $119,400 and $219,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives.
