As a Maintenance Supervisor at Hilden Park School, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our students. Your efforts will directly contribute to making the school a great place for young people to learn and grow.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee a skilled maintenance team responsible for general repairs and upkeep of the school grounds. Your duties will include:

  • Supervising maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Liaising with the Regional Property Manager and supporting the Head Teacher in maintaining school facilities.

Hilden Park School is a state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Speech, Language, and Communication needs. We provide education for up to 72 children aged 8 to 16, serving Tonbridge and surrounding communities.   • Be willing to start work early (8 AM).
