Job Purpose
You will spearhead the digital transformation agenda at our site by developing the Digital Factory program. This involves collaborating with technical teams, engineering, and plant personnel on various digitalization and automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Management
- Lead the digital agenda and roadmap for the site.
- Identify operational gaps that can be addressed through digital solutions.
Project Execution
- Manage end-to-end automation projects (planning, execution, monitoring).
- Utilize agile methodologies and design thinking.
- Coordinate implementation efforts with suppliers and contractors.
Technical Development
- Program basic applications and internal solutions.
- Create dashboards (Power BI) and analytical tools.
- Integrate Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics (mandatory).
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 1+ year in:
- Application development (Power Apps / Power BI)
- Automation / digitalization (SCADA systems, PLCs, etc.)
- Experience in an industrial environment is desirable.
Key Technical Skills
- Intermediate SQL and Database Management
- PLC programming (Siemens / Allen-Bradley)
- Proficiency in Python or C#
- Intermediate Power BI skills
- OT-IT integration
- Knowledge of RPA and APIs.

- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
