Breaking News: Police Officers Investigated for Misconduct
Two police officers are under investigation for potential gross misconduct. This follows the case of Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old who was handcuffed and arrested while in critical condition.
Nowak was stabbed by Vickrum Digwa in December 2025. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) reported that evidence indicates the officers who arrived first may have violated standards related to their duties, use of force, and conduct.
