Breaking: Man Arrested After Train Incident Faces 21 Charges, Including Multiple Attempted Murders

Breaking News: Arrest Made Following Train Incident

On November 1, 2025, the 18:25 service from Doncaster was diverted to Huntingdon. This action followed multiple emergency calls made from the train.

A man named Williams has been arrested at the Huntingdon station. He faces a total of 21 charges. These include attempting to murder nine individuals on the train, identified as Jonathan Gjoshe, Sachin Balakrishnan, David Presland, Scott Bletcher, Scott Green, Kevin Deely, Stephen Crean, Raza Aslam, Michael Paffett, and Samir Zitouni.

In addition, Williams is charged with attempting to murder three others: Dawid Taborski, William Ogelby, and a 14-year-old boy in Peterborough on October 31, 2025. He is also charged with attempting to murder a 17-year-old boy in East London early on November 1.

The remaining charges include three counts of possessing a bladed article, one count of assaulting a police officer, and one count of common assault on another train.

Williams’s trial is set for October 26.
