Today, Prime Minister expressed his distress over body cam footage showing an 18-year-old student, Henry Nowak, handcuffed while dying. The incident occurred after a stabbing in Southampton in 2025. Vickrum Digwa, 23, misled police, claiming he was a victim of a racist attack.
Shabana Mahmood described the murder as an “act of pure evil” and called the footage “disturbing and tragic.”
In a separate court case, Peter Murrell, the estranged husband of Nicola Sturgeon, pleaded guilty to embezzling over £400,000 from the Scottish National Party. Murrell admitted to using the funds for various purchases, including a motorhome and other items.
