Breaking News: Fatal Car Crash in Derby

Four people, including a baby, have died after a car crashed into trees on a busy dual carriageway in Derby. The accident occurred around 11:00 PM BST on Saturday on the A38, between the A50 Toyota Island and the A516.

Emergency services responded to the scene after a red Hyundai left the road. Derbyshire Police confirmed that two women, aged 18 and 30, and a 36-year-old man died at the scene. A baby girl was taken to the hospital but died shortly after arrival.

The driver, a 33-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He was also taken to the hospital with serious injuries. All individuals involved were from Leeds in West Yorkshire, and their relatives have been informed.
