Breaking News: Ukrainian Drones Strike Russian Retailer
Ukrainian drones have attacked warehouses belonging to Russia’s largest online retailer, Wildberries, injuring 15 people. The attacks occurred overnight in two cities in the southwest region of Russia.
The company’s founder, Tatyana Kim, confirmed that logistics hubs in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk were targeted. Workers were evacuated during the strikes. This is the second attack on Wildberries facilities in four days. On Saturday, warehouses in Tambov and Elektrostal were hit, resulting in eight fatalities.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the logistics hubs were involved in supplying the Russian army with drone components and other equipment.
Governor Vladimir Vladimirov reported that five people were injured in Nevinnomyssk, all receiving outpatient treatment. In Krasnodar, ten people were injured, with three in serious condition, according to Governor Veniamin Kondratyev.
Footage from the scenes shows significant damage, with large fires and smoke rising from the buildings. The situation remains under investigation as emergency services respond.
