Overview:
We are seeking a Media Performance Analytics Manager to enhance our Media Performance Analytics function. This role focuses on developing and executing advanced measurement, insights, and analytics capabilities to optimize media investments and improve commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data-driven decision-making and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Measurement Frameworks: Oversee the implementation of media measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate setup and reporting for campaigns, conducting ROI analysis, attribution, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analysts and internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Development, and Data Engineering, as well as external partners and agencies.

  • Predictive Modeling: Lead the development of predictive models and advanced analytics solutions aimed at optimizing media mix, audience segmentation, and channel performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years in media analytics, marketing science, or related fields, with a preference for candidates with consumer goods experience.

  • Media Platforms: Proficient in major media platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, with hands-on experience in leveraging these channels for campaign execution and optimization.

  • Data Familiarity: Knowledge of syndicated and retailer data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Vivvix, Pathmatics, Circana) is advantageous.

  • Retail Media Landscape: Understanding of the evolving retail media landscape, including platforms like Amazon/AMC, Walmart Connect, and Target/Roundel.

  • Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing measurement tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, brand health metrics, and lift/incrementality testing.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and analytics tools (SQL, Python, Databricks).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $99,760 to $149,640, based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.

  • Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses.

  • Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This role includes eligibility for long-term incentives.
