Job Title: E-commerce Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with eCommerce customers.
- Category Strategy: Identify key categories for online success through exclusive portfolios, offerings, and marketing plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Hub team and cross-functional departments to enhance eCommerce excellence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor turnover growth and market share against annual forecasts.
- KPI Execution: Ensure availability, visibility (search performance), and effective eCommerce content deployment with customers.
- Data Insights: Source and analyze data to generate insights that drive actionable strategies.
- Campaign Management: Track eCommerce plans and campaign executions, ensuring alignment with promotional budgets.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee all eCommerce operations, including payment collections, credit note receipts, and purchase order follow-ups.
- Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check customer stock levels to ensure optimal availability.
- Process Optimization: Streamline tracking of targets and invoicing to achieve business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with all teams to meet campaign timelines and communicate updates to the marketing calendar.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ offers and activations across eCommerce channels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies, manage P&L responsibilities, and identify new revenue streams and business models.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to inform decisions, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement in digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess data, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex strategies and concepts.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
