About the Programme
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a 15-month accelerated development initiative tailored for high-potential individuals eager to tackle real business challenges and make a significant impact. Unlike traditional management trainee programs, UFLP offers a dynamic, rotational experience across key areas within the Human Resources function. Participants will gain comprehensive exposure, enhancing their understanding of the business while engaging in structured assessments that facilitate continuous reflection and performance tracking. This program is designed to fast-track exceptional talent, preparing them for leadership roles within Unilever Bangladesh and the wider FMCG sector.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As a participant in the Human Resources function, you will lead impactful business projects aligned with Unilever’s strategic goals. Each project will require you to take ownership and deliver measurable results. Throughout your 15-month journey, you will receive guidance from senior leaders, allowing you to learn directly from experienced professionals and engage in critical decision-making processes.

You will drive projects from inception to completion, utilizing structured thinking and data-driven insights to address complex challenges. Your experience will include deep immersion in HR Business Partnering and People Experience, with opportunities to enhance employee engagement and learn about factory management. You will be responsible for managing timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Additionally, you will present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, showcasing your ability to influence business decisions.

Learning & Development Experience
The UFLP offers an immersive learning experience through hands-on involvement in high-impact projects. You will become familiar with Unilever’s tools, technologies, and operational methods while developing a thorough understanding of the Human Resources function. Interactions with experienced managers and industry leaders will provide valuable feedback, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Mentorship & Support
Participants will benefit from a structured mentorship framework, including a dedicated mentor and a peer buddy for ongoing guidance and support. Multiple feedback mechanisms will ensure continuous development aligned with individual growth aspirations.

Final Placement & Future Opportunities
Upon completing the program, participants will present their journey and contributions to the Unilever Bangladesh Management Committee. Based on performance, the committee will determine final placement in a full-time role, with opportunities for advancement within the organization. Strong performance during the UFLP can lead to broader opportunities within Unilever’s global network.

Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is open to final-year undergraduate students from recognized universities who will have completed all academic coursework (excluding internships) by September 2026. Applicants must be available for full-time, on-site work and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. A minimum CGPA of 2.50 is required, along with a strong record of extracurricular involvement, including business competitions, leadership roles, and entrepreneurial ventures. Candidates should present well-rounded profiles reflecting capability and initiative.
