We are seeking a Graduate Town Planner or Planning Officer to oversee various planning functions and coordinate development opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess an RTPI-accredited degree or relevant experience and will be required to work in the office four days a week in Hampshire. Role Overview
As a key member of our planning team, you will coordinate planning activities and ensure that essential processes remain organized and efficient. Your responsibilities will include supporting a major planning application and managing a variety of smaller submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Maintain accurate and organized planning records and documentation.
- Monitor planning conditions and Section 106 obligations.
- Coordinate information from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder and community engagement activities.
- Assist in responding to planning-related inquiries.
