Job Title: Senior Finance Executive (PACE)
Location: Mysore Beverages Factory
Role Overview:
The Senior Finance Executive (PACE Anchor) is tasked with conducting independent audits and assessments of factory and warehouse operations, focusing on supply chain, engineering, and quality functions. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs), enhancing governance, and promoting consistency in operational practices across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Audits & Assessments
- Perform regular audits of factory operations, primarily within Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality sectors.
- Independently evaluate processes to ensure adherence to established SOPs and organizational standards.
- Deliver unbiased assessments of operational effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract and analyze data from internal systems to assess operational performance.
- Validate compliance against defined SOPs and benchmarks.
- Score factories and warehouses based on compliance and performance metrics, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement through structured reporting.

Site Visits & Coverage
- Conduct on-site audits at approximately five internal manufacturing facilities and ten external warehouses.
- Ensure a minimum of one visit per factory each quarter to maintain continuous oversight and governance.

Independent Assurance Role
- Serve as an independent reviewer, separate from factory teams, to enhance the transparency and credibility of assessments.
- Provide leadership with assurance regarding the accuracy, compliance, and robustness of factory operations.
- Strengthen internal controls through unbiased verification processes.

Advisory & Capability Building
- Advise factories on best practices and optimal operational procedures.
- Assist sites in addressing ambiguities or capability gaps in operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and standardization across locations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality systems.
