Breaking News: Roof Collapse in Lahore Kills Fourteen Children
Fourteen children have died after the roof of a building collapsed in Lahore, Pakistan. The incident occurred at a private tuition center in the Kahna suburb.
Rescue teams responded quickly after receiving a call at 16:45 local time. The rescue operation was completed within one hour. Most of the children recovered were between the ages of seven and eleven.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the collapse. Two individuals have been taken into custody as part of the inquiry.
In addition to the fatalities, five people are reported to be injured. Emergency services are currently providing support to those affected.
