Job Title: Processing Maintenance Technician
Location: Jonesboro, AR
Hours: 6 PM – 6 AM, 2/2/3 Rotational Schedule
Base Wage: $33.75 per hour during evaluation period
Post-Evaluation Wage: $34.78 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift

As a Processing Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment efficiency, and contributing to our mission of well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and team members to perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
- Complete scheduled maintenance tasks, including parts replacement, lubrication, and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with Maintenance Planners to enhance preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance processes.
- Work throughout the facility, adhering to safety protocols while managing potential hazards such as moving machinery and chemical exposure.
- Maintain clear communication with production teams, support staff, and vendors to uphold high service levels.
Qualifications:
- Industrial Maintenance Degree or Certificate preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills and technical expertise to support maintenance operations.
