Position Overview:
As a Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales through effective execution. Your primary responsibility will be to implement promotions, planograms, and guidelines accurately, while also gathering valuable information to ensure optimal in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate execution of planograms and product displays for Unilever at retail locations.
- Perform restocking, pricing, cleaning, and organizing of shelves to maintain a neat and appealing shopping environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and address any stock shortages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate collaboration.
- Follow a daily schedule of store visits to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
