Position Overview:
As a Sales Execution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales performance through effective execution strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to implement promotions, planograms, and guidelines accurately while gathering relevant data to ensure optimal execution in retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Restocking: Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Product Validity: Monitor and guarantee the validity of products available at the POS.
- Category Organization: Maintain organized product categories to facilitate customer access and enhance shopping experience.
- Competitiveness Research: Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning.
- Pricing and Product Maintenance: Ensure accurate pricing and cleanliness of products on display.
- Highlight Innovations: Showcase new product innovations effectively.
- Consumer Interaction: Engage with consumers through merchandising activities to promote brand awareness.
- Execution Reporting: Compile and report on execution activities to track performance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
