Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Nuevo León, Monterrey Plant
Employment Terms: Full-time, in-person. No relocation bonus available for national or international candidates. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Position Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will provide top-tier administrative and organizational support to the Director and Operations Managers. This role involves managing the Director’s calendar, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, and organizing meetings. The Executive Assistant will also facilitate communication within the project team and across the organization. A strong commitment to the company culture is essential, aligning personal behaviors with the company’s values in pursuit of its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and customize the Director’s calendar.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings on behalf of the Director and Operations Managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact within and outside the organization for the Director.
- Oversee travel coordination and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison for communications within the project team and the broader organization.
- Deliver effective communications and updates through presentations, emails, and letters.
- Plan and manage logistics for meetings, training sessions, leadership gatherings, and other critical team activities.
- Maintain contacts and filing systems.
- Review, evaluate, and respond to inquiries and emails from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring the budget.
- Complete and submit expense reports.
- Execute special projects and activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies, or equivalent years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English (mandatory).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a consumer goods or multinational company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to budget and timelines.
- Flexible availability for work hours.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
