Job Purpose

As a Regional Sales Manager at Unilever Ice Cream Holland, you will have the opportunity to realize your purpose through your work: creating a better business and a better world. If you are interested in developing your negotiation skills and working on defining and implementing strategies and growth plans aligned with market needs, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital transformation of the sales process.
  • Execute business strategies at the point of sale, overseeing promotional plans, visibility, and innovations tailored for each customer segment.
  • Lead the sales force to achieve business KPIs.
  • Manage market expansion by logically opening new client accounts, ensuring an optimal balance of assigned customers for each sales route.
  • Utilize logistics knowledge to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to optimize customer relationships, routes, and team performance.
  • Master administrative aspects related to sales functions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Implement, manage, and promote safety programs defined by the company for employee well-being.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 3-4 years of experience in consumer goods distribution companies.
  • Familiarity with traditional and convenience channels.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and intermediate Excel.
  • Experience in digital order processes with clients.
  • Negotiation skills with various distribution channels.
  • Leadership experience in team development and performance enhancement.
  • Knowledge of the local market.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience managing unionized teams.
