Position Overview:
Unilever is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our finished products through rigorous testing and analysis. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our high standards and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze samples of finished products according to the CRQS guidelines.
- Record analysis results in the SAP QM Module and maintain electronic checklists.
- Measure and document the weight of finished products in the Cep Online database.
- Notify line operators of any non-conformities identified in the CRQS and weight analysis.
- Conduct quality checks at designated “Quality Points.”
- Perform leak tests for Roll-On deodorants using vacuum chambers.
- Execute leak tests for Doypack packaging through burst tests and drop tests.
- Generate non-conformity reports using computerized systems.
- Reinspect finished products that have been blocked due to quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable BRCGS standards.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP QM Module and electronic data recording systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with operators.
