Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the library team to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, guiding them to maximize their library experience.
- Actively participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Support library programs and activities.
- Assist patrons with IT-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a library or customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to positively impact customer experiences.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
