What Are We Looking For?
We seek a dedicated professional to ensure the optimal performance of equipment while minimizing operational risks. You will execute emergency and scheduled electrical and mechanical interventions on machines and equipment, adhering to the Occupational Safety standards set by the company. Additionally, you will support the autonomous maintenance pillar in line with our continuous improvement methodology.
Location: Heredia, Costa Rica.
What Will You Do?
- Provide support for conveyor belts, gearboxes (both low and high power), and AC and DC motors connected to these systems.
- Perform urgent electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems across various equipment.
- Assist with thermal sealing systems using resistors and ultrasound technology.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on positive displacement and centrifugal pumps, specifically Waukesha and Q-pumps.
- Be responsible for the performance of assigned production lines as a mentor.
- Ensure the completion of actions needed to close CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Collaborate with various departments on modifications and improvements (Kaizen).
- Execute maintenance inspections.
What Do You Need to Apply?
- A technical diploma in industrial electromechanics, electricity, or electronics.
- At least one year of experience as an electromechanical technician, electrician, or electronics technician in the manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
