Role Overview
As a Barista, your primary responsibility will be to craft high-quality coffee beverages while engaging with our customers. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring you to work efficiently from opening to closing hours. However, don’t let the pace intimidate you! We provide a comprehensive training and development program to equip you with the skills necessary to consistently deliver the perfect cup of coffee.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
- A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
