What to Expect in This Role
In this position, you will enhance sales through effective execution. Your responsibilities will include implementing promotions, planograms, and guidelines accurately, as well as collecting data to ensure optimal in-store execution.
As a Sales Promoter, you will be skilled in sales strategies and persuasion techniques aimed at captivating potential customers and encouraging them to purchase products. You will also adeptly apply marketing strategies to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Restocking merchandise at the Point of Sale (POS)
- Ensuring product freshness at the POS
- Organizing product categories at the POS
- Conducting competitive research
- Pricing and cleaning products
- Highlighting innovations
- Engaging with consumers through merchandising activities
- Reporting on execution metrics

- Proficiency in Excel is desirable
- Strong communication skills and agility
- Availability to work on Saturdays
