Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical reference for the Data Science team, ensuring quality, consistency, and best practices in deliverables.
  • Coordinate team demands, priorities, and allocations, ensuring deadlines are met and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate technical meetings with stakeholders, presenting results, decisions, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
  • Support professional development through technical mentoring, continuous feedback, and performance monitoring.
  • Transform data into strategic insights and analytical products, maintaining a customer-centric and business-focused perspective.
  • Develop and review Machine Learning models, statistical models, and solutions based on LLMs for forecasting, classification, and behavioral analysis.
  • Provide technical support to the team in solving complex problems and making critical analytical decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with business areas to understand challenges, translate needs into analytical solutions, and influence data-driven decisions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science, with a background in complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R, modeling libraries, and SQL.
  • Experience with Databricks and handling large data volumes.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI.
  • Practical knowledge of Data Science techniques, including:
    • Regression, classification, clustering, and LLMs
    • Time series analysis
    • A/B testing and experimentation

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Conversational English proficiency.
  • Experience with AI agent automation.
  • Previous experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or team coordination.
