Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary duties will include:
- Stock Management: Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise at the Point of Sale (POS) to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Product Validity Assurance: Monitor and guarantee the freshness and validity of products available at the POS.
- Category Organization: Maintain a well-organized layout of product categories to enhance customer experience and accessibility.
- Competitive Research: Conduct market research to analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Pricing and Product Maintenance: Ensure accurate pricing and cleanliness of products to attract customers and promote sales.
- Highlight Innovations: Showcase new products and innovations to engage consumers and enhance brand visibility.
- Consumer Interaction: Implement merchandising actions to interact with consumers effectively and promote products.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit execution reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
